Wedding QR Code Generator
A QR code for your RSVP form, wedding website or shared photo album, styled to match the invitation.
Fill in the form and your QR code shows up here.
Nothing you type is uploaded — the code is made in your browser. No watermark, no expiry.
What should the QR code open?
We add https:// for you if you leave it out.
Quick styles
Templates
For placing the code on your own design (PNG, SVG, PDF). Put it on a light background.
Gradient
PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG, up to 10 MB. Blank edges are trimmed for you, and error correction switches to High.

How much of the code can get damaged or covered and still scan: L 7%, M 15%, Q 25%, H 30%. Higher adds more squares, so the code gets denser. Auto uses M, or H when you add a logo.
White border (quiet zone)
A frame always keeps the standard border, so it never touches the code.
How it works
- 1
Pick what it opens
Your RSVP form, your wedding website, or a shared album where guests add their photos.
- 2
Choose a look
Start from a wedding template, then set the code color to match your invitation.
- 3
Test on paper
Print one copy at real size and scan it before you order a hundred.
What guests can open with it
- RSVP: a Google Form or the RSVP page of your wedding website. Label it “RSVP HERE”.
- Your wedding website: schedule, map, dress code, gift list.
- A shared photo album: guests add the photos they took. Label it “SHARE YOUR PHOTOS”.
- The venue WiFi: so those photos actually upload. That's a WiFi QR code, a different kind of code.
One code, one job. If you need two, print two, each with its own label, so nobody has to guess which is which.
Keep the link short
Long links make busy codes, and busy codes are harder to scan from a table or in dim light. We measured some typical wedding links:
| Link | Length | Grid (no logo) | Grid (with logo) | Print at least |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Short Google Form link (forms.gle/…) | 35 characters | 29 × 29 | 37 × 37 | 2.5 cm |
| Full Google Form link | 111 characters | 45 × 45 | 57 × 57 | 4 cm |
| Shared Google Photos album | 43 characters | 33 × 33 | 37 × 37 | 3 cm |
| Wedding website page | 45 characters | 33 × 33 | 41 × 41 | 3 cm |
Print sizes are for the code without a logo and use a common rule of thumb of about 0.8 mm per square. For a Google Form, tick “Shorten URL” when you copy the responder link. Google shows where in its Forms help.
Hearts, colors and decorations: what still scans
Scanners read the middle of each little square. Our heart, diamond and dot shapes keep that middle dark, so they read like plain squares, and every wedding template is decoded in our tests before it ships.
Color is where wedding codes usually go wrong. Blush pink, champagne or gold on cream paper look lovely and give the camera very little contrast. Keep the code dark and the paper light. The check under the preview warns you when the contrast drops below 4:1.
Printing on invitations
- Size: an invitation is read in the hand, about 25 cm away. A 2.5–3 cm code is plenty, using the common rule of a tenth of the scanning distance.
- Files: send the printer the SVG or PDF. They stay sharp at any size.
- Finish: shiny foil can bounce light straight into the camera. If you want foil, keep it off the code.
- Proof: before printing the lot, check the printer's proof with our QR code scanner or your phone.
Questions people ask
Yes, as long as the link does. Keep the album or website online and guests can find it again later.
The code opens your shared album. Whether guests can add photos depends on the album’s sharing settings, so test it with a friend first.
It depends on your form’s settings. Open the link in a private browser window: if it asks you to sign in, guests will be asked too.
Yes. The label holds up to 24 characters, so “LINH & MINH” or “RSVP BY 1 JUNE” fits.
No watermark, no expiry, no signup. The code is made in your browser.
Yes. Type any hex color for the code, the frame and the label. Keep the code dark enough to pass the contrast check.
